Details: $8/month Windows hosting seemed too good
to be true. I figured they would load as many sites as possible
onto their servers and my bandwidth would be very limited.
However, I was pleasantly surprised at the speed I can transfer
files. In addition, support has always responded to my requests
within the hour! I love being able to host my ASP.NET apps for
so cheap. The service they offer is worth at least 4 times what
I am paying. Unless something drastic happens, I will continue
to be a loyal customer for a very long time to come, and will be
signing up my clients soon as well. A+++.

Weaknesses: None. I was lucky to find this company by
searching deep within the Web.
Details: I have used other Hosting services before and
found this company met my needs and requirements with a low
price as a bonus. The only weakness if you can even call it a
weakness is that the company doesn't have a referral service.
Their support team said the reason they don't have a referral
service is because they would have to increase their hosting
fees to offer discounts for referrals, which they will not
allow. Anyway, I am very happy with their service and so is my
Dad, who is one of their new customers!

Details: I rented web hosting
from Bottomline and from another company. The other company
went bellyup in the middle of the night and I sent an urgent
request to Bottomline. The service team helped me get things
switched that night. For the last two weeks they have worked
through some of the problems that resulted from the move and
getting us set up with more clients moving to us as a result
of the failed host. While we had worked with Bottomline for a
few years, I had no idea how fabulous the team was until I was
in a crisis - they deserve more than 5 stars! My business is
soaring because of them.

within 60 minutes, and typically technical support
tickets are responded to within 30 minutes (many times
within 10 minutes). This, during normal support hours.
BottomLine is pleased to be able to say that every
ticket that has been submitted to us in our 4 years of
existence has been responded to. The BottomLine: Tickets

I've been with Bottom Line for over a year, and my experience
has been excellent. I've had very few problems, and most of
those have been lack of knowledge on my part. Tech support has
always responded promptly to my inquiries. Answers come quickly
and accurately. Technicians are courteous and work with me at my
knowledge level, treating me as neither geek not novice. I would
recommend (and have) this compay to anyone looking for very
reasonably priced Windows based hosting.

I signed up last weekend and I had a few things
(changes) that needed to be made to my site. Also asked for
some help with other areas of my hosting plan. Support was
right on top of everything that I needed. Everything was
solved within minutes of sending in a support ticket (yes, an
email ticket! I didn't even have to call!) The list of
features cannot be beaten! You get so much for what you pay.
Try finding a better value. You simply cannot! Even if you do
find cheaper hosting with the same list of features, you get
poor support. I shopped around for days before finding
BottomLine, even signed up for a plan with a different hosting
provider (ended up canceling due to poor support) I'm stickin'
with these guys! If you want a host that is ultra responsive
(I'm an IT guy, dealt with hundreds of ISPs and BottomLine is
the most responsive and best quality that I've seen to date)
with a list of features that others pay $50-100 per month for,
then you have found the right place! The list of features
cannot be beaten! You get so much for what you pay. Try
finding a better value. You simply cannot! Even if you do find

unprecedented customer support - timeliness and quality. In

hosting a few months back and used them to create my first web
site. I was so happy to find a windows2000 based server that
supports ASP, all at a reasonable (understatement) price! And
NO pop-ups or banners! My greatest surprise came today when I
had a couple questions in dealing with mail. I reluctantly
called them, thinking I wouldn't get thru, be put on hold or
thru a never ending cycle of transfers, and worse yet I feared
being treated as an idiot for asking a simple question. To my
amazement, the phone picked up on the second ring by an actual
person! He was really great in helping me on my issues and we
were done in 2 minutes!
